Overview
The 2-circuit oil temperature control unit MATIC Oil 360/2 16 is designed for operation with oil and provides straightforward operation, continuous intelligent monitoring with diagnostics, and predictive, model-based regulation of temperature and flow throughout the process.

Construction

Controller
The unit is equipped with the IRIS control system, offering an intuitive touchscreen interface, an integrated web server for local and remote access (LAN or integrated WLAN) and extensive process data handling. IRIS records and displays temperatures, pressures, flow rates, operating states, status messages, chart data and trends. Model-based algorithms continuously compare measured data with expected behaviour to optimise regulation and enable reliable process monitoring and remote operation.
