Controller / IRIS Control SystemThe IRIS control system provides an intelligent touchscreen-based interface for process temperature control. All relevant operating data (temperatures, pressures, flow rates, operating states, status messages, chart data and trends) are available locally. IRIS continuously supplies information, reporting and optimisation of the temperature control unit. Local operation is via touchscreen; remote access is available via the integrated web server using LAN or the integrated WLAN adapter. Model-based algorithms continuously adapt to available data to optimise temperature and flow regulation and ensure reliable process monitoring.
