Compact UV sterilizer designed for knives and small cutting tools used in food processing. Constructed from AISI430 stainless steel, the chamber is closed by a smoked Plexiglas door. A removable see-through Plexiglas knives holder facilitates sanitation and allows sterilization without rotating the knives.
