Description
This automatic forming machine is designed for mass production of hamburgers, patties, round sticks and custom shapes. It handles red and white meats and mixtures with other ingredients, with adjustable portion weights and a productivity of up to 2100 cycles/hour. All models are equipped with a fully extractable patented stainless steel forming chamber; components in contact with product are certified for food contact and comply with HACCP requirements. Some models include an outfeed conveyor that can be connected to automatic packaging systems, facilitating line integration. The design prioritizes hygiene, fast cleaning and simple maintenance for operators. Machines conform to EC hygiene and safety standards.
