Product overview This automatic machine cuts frozen meat blocks into thin flakes. It features a high-speed stainless steel rotor with two operating speeds and a pneumatic feeding system that feeds blocks without direct operator contact with the cutting chamber. The unit is fully stainless steel and electronically controlled to support high production levels.
Safety and operational features Safety interlocks stop the machine when the rotor cover is opened and when the 200 L collection bin is removed. In emergencies the machine stops instantly using a mechanical and electrical DC braking system. Special bearings absorb high operational loads. A soft starter protects the motor and extends service life. Controls are press-button type with IP66 protection; operating voltage is 24 V.
