Salmon fish scaling machine

Overview
This fish scaling machine provides a labour-saving solution for removing scales from a wide range of fish species, including salmon and other large-scaled fish. Designed for industrial food-processing and fishmonger applications, it is suitable for continuous operation and easy to store when wall-mounted.

Scaling heads and compatibility
The machine accepts interchangeable scaling heads and spindles to accommodate different scale sizes and fish types, ensuring efficient descaling across product ranges.

Construction and safety
The unit is designed for safe, continuous use: electrically insulated and tested to 400 V, protected against water spray, and approved for single-phase supply. The shaft features four-layer protection (two steel layers, one insulating compound, one plastic layer). Ball bearings in the scaling head are waterproof and all external parts are rustproof. The motor is rated for continuous duty and the appliance can be connected to grounded or non-grounded sockets.
