Overview
High-quality twin-sheet HDPE reusable sleeve pack pallet box. Height can be customised to project requirements. Sleeve walls insert into the pallet edges; the lid rests on the walls to close the container and allow safe stacking. Available as collapsible, stackable units; walk-in configuration optional.

Construction
WALLS: 10–11 mm thick, impact-resistant polypropylene (PP) laminated twin-sheet with cellular structure; weight 2,500–4,500 g/m2 depending on load capacity. 18 mm walls available on request.
EDGES: closed rims for hygiene and easy cleaning.
PALLET & LID: HDPE injection-moulded double-layer components.
CONSTRUCTION: sleeve walls are inserted into pallet edges; walls can be fitted with a locking system.
