The sleeve pack is a reusable, collapsible sleeve inserted into a pallet container to create a stackable transport and storage box. Height is customizable to project requirements. Standard ground size for this reference is 1500×800 mm; height shown is 900 mm (H900).

Construction
WALLS: 10–11 mm thick, impact‑resistant polypropylene (PP) laminated sheet with cellular structure. Weight range 2,500–4,500 g/m2 adapted to different load capacities. EDGES: all rims are closed for hygiene and easy cleaning. PALLET & LID: HDPE injection‑moulded double‑layer components. ASSEMBLY: sleeve walls are inserted deep into the pallet edges; products are loaded into the sleeve and the lid is placed on top to close the container and allow stacking. Walls can be fitted with an optional locking system.
