Construction
Walls: 10–11 mm thick impact-resistant polypropylene (PP), laminated cellular sheet. Weight between 2,500–4,500 g/m2 according to load capacity.
Edges: all edges are closed for hygiene and easy cleaning.
Base & lid: HDPE injection-moulded, double-layer.
Assembly: Sleeve walls are deeply inserted into the pallet edges, then products are loaded. The lid is placed on the walls to close the pallet container and make it stackable. Walls can be fitted with an optional locking system.
