The sleeve pack pallet container is a reusable, collapsible pallet box with twin-sheet laminated sleeve walls inserted into a pallet base and a removable lid for stackability. Sleeve walls are 10–11 mm impact-resistant polypropylene (PP) with closed rims for hygiene. Walls can be fitted with an optional locking system.

Construction
WALLS: 10–11 mm thick twin-sheet laminated polypropylene (PP) with cellular structure (weight approx. 2,500–4,500 g/m2 depending on load capacity). Edges are closed for hygiene and easy cleaning. PALLET & LID: HDPE injection-moulded double-layer components. The sleeve walls are inserted into the pallet edges; the lid sits on the walls to close the container and enable stacking.
