Overview
High-quality reusable pallet box sleeve manufactured from twin-sheet laminated polypropylene walls and HDPE injection-moulded pallet and lid. Height can be tailored to specification. Designed as a collapsible sleeve pack for pallet containers to provide side-impact protection and hygienic, easy-to-clean surfaces.

Construction
Walls: 10–11 mm thick, impact-resistant laminated PP twin-sheet with cellular structure. Edges: closed rims to ensure hygienic surfaces and simplified cleaning. Pallet & lid: HDPE injection-moulded double-layer components. Assembly: sleeve walls insert into pallet edges; lid fits onto walls to close the container and allow secure stacking. Walls can be supplied with an optional locking system.
