This reusable sleeve pack pallet container is composed of a pallet base, detachable laminated polypropylene sleeve walls and a lid to close the unit and enable stackability. Sleeve walls are impact-resistant and available in variable heights to match project requirements. Offered in standard, container/long and special sizes for industrial handling and logistics.

Construction

• WALLS: 10–11 mm thick impact-resistant laminated polypropylene (PP) sheet with cellular structure; sheet weight approx. 2,500–4,500 g/m² depending on load capacity.
• EDGES: Closed rims for hygiene and easy cleaning.
• PALLET & LID: HDPE injection-moulded components with double-layer design.
• ASSEMBLY: Sleeve walls insert into pallet edges; after loading the lid is placed on the walls to close the container and allow stacking. Walls can be fitted with optional locking system.
