| The Series TFXL ultrasonic transit time flow meter is a reliable and cost-effective flow meter designed to replace mechanical meters where liquid conditions damage or impede operation. Fuji
Fuji PortaflowX and TimeDelta are multi-use flowmeters for liquid media. Particular advantage: The clamp-on mounting of the ultrasonic sensors, so that any cutting of the pipe is unnecessary and pressure loss can be avoided. The clamp-on measurement is available either as a portable, battery run version, or as a non-withdrawable type. The handling of the PortaflowX is very simple. The user interface of the big graphical display is compatible to the Windows system, so that even inexperienced users can handle it without problems. The PortaflowX speaks four languages fluently and can be delivered optionally with an integrated professional printer, that can be used either for printing parameters or as a line industrial recorder.

Our new measuring system deltawave is not only a precise flowmeter for open channels,filles and partially filled pipes but also a temperatur meter and a flow profile analysis tool. Due to the unique patent pending signal analysis deltawave works under extreme conditions, maintenance-free, calibration-free and reliably. The measurement system professional monitors itself continously and the multi-channel property ensures redundant safety. With only one deltawave, you can realize up to four independent measurement sites, significantly reducing the equipment cost. This feature, combined with the high accuracy up to 0.5% makes deltawave to one of the most powerful industrial measuring systems.
Because of the high accuracy, field acceptance tests of hydraulic turbines, storage pumps and pump-turbines are possible due to ISO60041 and ASME PTC 18. Accuracies up to 1% could be achieved in open channels without calibration. In filled pipes or channels you will get an accuracy of 0.5% of reading. But measuring with deltawave do not means only accuracy. The optimized transducers ensures long-term stable measuring without maintenance. This has been proven successfully by public authorities.

Wetted ultrasonic flowmeters
The SITRANS F US wetted ultrasonic flowmeters are used to measure electrically conductive and non-conductive liquids that are acoustically permeable. They come in sensor sizes from DN 50 to 1200 (2" to 48") and as wetted retrofit flowmeters up to DN 4000 (160").
The program offers the possibility of comprehensive self-diagnostic capabilities for error indication and logging, the possibility to exchange of the transducers without interrupting operation, HART and PROFIBUS PA communication, custody transfer and ATEX approvals.

The FLUXUS ADM 6725 is a portable ultrasonic flowmeter. With its clamp-on transducers and its rechargeable battery, it is an ideal tool for service work.
The clamp-on flow transducers are simply mounted onto the pipe from the outside. Measurement is therefore non-invasive, and no process interruption is necessary for the installation. The transducers are not in direct contact with the medium to be measured and thus in no way submitted to pressure and wear and tear.
All transducer pairs are factory calibrated. All calibration data (including the transducer identification and parameters) is stored permanently in the transducers and is transferred to the industrial transmitter automatically upon connection. This facilitates operation and a zeroing procedure is not necessary.
The user interface is adapted to the detected transducers. The instruments simply asks in a logical sequence for the pipe and medium parameters. Portaflow-X
This ultrasonic portable flowmeter consists of two sensors clamped on the pipe (DN 13 to 6000 mm, according to sensors) and of a digital industrial converter operating on internal battery or on power line. It can measure bi-directional flow speeds from -32 to +32 m/s.
A large LCD graphic screen, a set of pop-up menus and a reduced number of keys make of this device a simple, powerful and friendly tool very appreciated by every person wishing to do a punctual measure of flow.
In addition to the display of flow and totalization, the PORTAFLOW-X also offers functions of data logging (40000 values), of graphic viewer of the measured value and of the resultant sound wave, and the storage in memory of 1 to 20 configurations.
A RS232C interface allows the connection to a PC computer. An optional graphic professional printer is available.

The Heat Professional calculator Option of FLEXIM's non invasive FLUXUS ADM flow meter allows the easy determination of the energy flow in a system.
With temperature measurements made at the inlet and at the outlet of a system as well as flow measurement at the outlet , FLUXUS calculates the Heat Flow or energy usage within that system. All this is done with temperature and flow measurement devices mounted on the outside of a pipe.
FLUXUS will display the actual heat flow through the system, and if needed, totalize the heat flow in order to obtain the heat quantity.
The values can easily be transmitted to a PC for display and analysis. The data obtained can be used for energy flow balancing or it can be transmitted to a process control system.

No sensors come in contact with the liquid and there are no moving parts, so downtime and maintenance are eliminated. The flow meter utilizes transit time ultrasonic technology and the temperature sensors are Pt1000 RTDs.
