Overview
The TF2440 transport frame is a heavy-duty steel frame designed for safe storage and transport of stone and glass slabs (granite, marble, engineered stone, glass and natural stone). It combines forklift-compatible lifting points, replaceable rubber supports and a locking system to minimise movement and surface damage during handling and transport.

• Steel frame: Powder-coated finish, hot-dip galvanizing available on request.
• Locking system: Locking bars with ratchet straps to secure slabs in place.
• Protective supports: Rubber-coated, replaceable profiles on base and uprights to prevent scratches.
• Forklift-compatible: Integrated receivers and fork through design for balanced lifting.
• Adjustable support legs: Provide stability during truck transport; always lower legs when transporting a loaded frame on a truck.
• Manual manoeuvring: Large counter-lever with wheels and a caster handle for manual movement when required.
• High load capacity: Working load limit 1250 kg per side (2500 kg total on wheels).
• Quick assembly: Pre-installed bolts allow one-person assembly in approx. five minutes.
