Handling rack TF3050H

General
Designed for transporting large slabs such as granite, marble, engineered stone and glass. The Transport Frame model TF3050H allows loading or unloading slabs onto the frame while it remains on the ground; the loaded frame can then be lifted by forklift or crane onto a truck. This reduces manual handling on the truck bed and improves safety and loading speed.

Features

• Stable welded structure to minimise risk of slab tipping.
• Slabs rest on replaceable rubber profiles and are secured with six locking bars and ratchet straps.
• Two lifting points for overhead crane handling.
• Reinforced with two oblique braces for structural rigidity.
• Integrated forklift pockets on both long sides for safe fork engagement.
• Replaceable white rubber on base and uprights to avoid marks and scratches.
• Counter-lever handle with wheels allows manual repositioning even when loaded.
• Counter-lever mechanism lifts the frame and lowers support legs when wheels are not required.
• Powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Option
Frames can be hot-dip galvanized and finished on request.

Note
Support legs must always be lowered when a loaded frame is transported on a truck.
