The FP-420-00 pressure reducing valve is an elastomeric, hydraulic, line-pressure driven, diaphragm-actuated control valve designed to reduce high or unstable upstream pressure and maintain a precise, stable downstream pressure regardless of fluctuating demand or varying upstream pressure. Suited for fire protection applications, it controls fire pump discharge and prevents over-pressure in sprinkler systems, hose stations and other discharge devices.
