Overview
The BERMAD FP-42T-06 is an elastomeric, hydraulic line pressure driven differential reducing valve designed for advanced fire protection systems. It maintains a preset pressure differential between two sensed points using an adjustable differential pilot; when the differential approaches the preset maximum the pilot closes the main valve to regulate and prevent further rise. Ideal for balanced foam proportioning systems and as safeguard for dosing pump flow overload. Optional valve position indicator and limit switch can be supplied for Fire & Gas monitoring systems.
