OverviewThe bagel production lines are automated systems designed to continuously and in a standardized way produce bagels and king cakes. Available configurations include the BM3M forming model (for bagels) and the BM5M (for bagels and king cakes).
Feeding / DividersThe line is fed from:
- DB divider: for bagels and products up to 200 g
- DBW divider: for bagels and king cakes up to 700 g
Formers- BM3M Moulder: for products from 60 to 200 g
- BM5M Moulder: for products from 60 to 700 g
To cover the entire range of weights several sets of forming tubes and conveyor belts are required.
Production capacityWith one line, up to 2000 bagels/hour and up to 1400 king cakes/hour can be produced.
