OverviewThe AP70-CB bread production line with automatic panning automates the distribution and placement of dough pieces onto fermentation boards or trays, ensuring precise positioning and gentle handling. The line is designed to increase throughput, reduce manual operations and provide uniform, repeatable loading adaptable to different bread formats.
Key components and functionality- DRT divider: Processes round and elongated pieces to produce a wide range of shapes and sizes.
- SPV int proofer: Bidirectional loading capability; can integrate an optional DSF divider to obtain artisan-style products.
- Discharge system with V-belts and M70-PAN-APS former: The resting proofer deposits pieces consistently. The M70-PAN-APS former features an entry system with active press, flour duster and a roller centering system for reliable handling of high-hydration doughs (up to 75%).
- Cutting system: Disc cutter with two pneumatic aligners suited for high-volume production.
- Aligner with two pairs of V-belts: Enables multiple positioning modes and product separation via differential belt speeds.
