The SILOVAC 100 industrial vacuum cleaner is a versatile and very practical vacuum silo model. Cylindrical in shape, it integrates three single-phase motors in its head that develop a total power of 3300 W. Ideal for suction of solids and light dust, its robustness and reliability will be invaluable for your production plant. 3 meters high, its container can collect up to 100 lt of sucked material. The sucked material is easily discharged from the suction silo into a drum or BIG-BAG. Equipped with a manual filter shaker to ensure effective and consistent cleaning of high surface area filters, this silo is fully customizable. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame equipped with swivel non-marking wheels with parking brake. At the top of the frame are grips for forklift forking, which allows the vacuum cleaner to be moved to silos without any difficulty. Suction is developed by three single-phase charcoal motors, by-pass type, with independent switches, protected inside a solid steel header containing sound-absorbing material that minimizes noise during service. The control panel located on the engine head includes three independent switches and a vacuum indicator with warning light, useful for detecting possible filter saturation. Inside the steel filter chamber is the polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtration efficiency (3 microns).
