The SILOVAC 600 industrial vacuum cleaner is a model of silo vacuum cleaner with a three-phase motor, suitable for constant and long-lasting use, requiring little maintenance thanks to its three-phase turbine. Constructed of the most durable materials, it can be integrated into a centralized vacuum system, customizing it with size and power to perfectly match the needs of the individual production facility. The square structure of the vacuum cleaner allows up to 600 liters of vacuumed material to be stored inside. Ideal for the removal and disposal of solids and dust. Telescoping frame with forklift grips ensures maximum safety in transport and during maintenance work. The machine is equipped with a CE-compliant metal electrical panel with 10m neoprene rubber cable with 63amp plug with star delta starting. All metal parts of the vacuum cleaner are epoxy powder coated. Available in Airflow version with high airflow turbine or High vacuum version with high vacuum turbine and ATEX certified version. These two comply with EN IEC 62784:2018 for zone 22. Suction is generated by a side channel blower with direct coupling between the fan and the motor shaft without any transmission system. Maintenance-free, this machine is suitable for continuous operation. The turbine is equipped with a vent valve; in case of occlusion of the suction pipe, the valve provides cooling for the turbine itself through the intake of air from the external environment. It can also be equipped with a Hepa safety filter to ensure maximum safety in heavy-duty applications.
