DU-PUY’s ATEX-certified filter silos are among the most versatile machines in the range. In ATEX-certified version they make it possible to vacuum in work areas with explosion risk. By being integrated into centralized vacuum systems, together with a central vacuum unit, they allow the capacity of the vacuum system to be increased while protecting the central vacuum unit. They can be used in systems with single-phase or three-phase vacuum cleaners, cylindrical or cubic in shape, in painted or INOX steel, with vane, butterfly, guillotine discharge, or many other types. Numerous configurations are possible to best adapt the Silos to the needs and characteristics of your plant. The filter units are equipped with high surface area polyester pocket filters and equipped with a manual filter shaker or self-cleaning system. They are also able to expand the collection capacity up to 200 litres, dramatically increasing the efficiency of the centralized system. The material is unloaded directly into big-bags.
