Equipped with a special container for bathing with inerting oil, these vacuum cleaners offer safe suction of explosive and conductive dusts, such as aluminum, steel, and zirconium. The inerting oil, not included with the vacuum cleaner, immediately neutralizes dust as soon as it comes into contact with the liquid. To ensure maximum filtration efficiency and safety during use, the AISI 304 stainless steel container is equipped with an M-class antistatic pocket filter, along with a polypropylene filter and a fiber filter with three layers of filtration. The W2 MDI EX 1/2D is an ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner by a third party. This certification ensures safety both in the internal zone of the vacuum cleaner, where combustible dust can reach high concentrations, and in the external zone, offering maximum protection in environments with a high risk of explosion. The inerting bath system is also available as an independent separator, compatible with any Du-Puy vacuum cleaner model. Complies with EN IEC 62784:2018 standard for zone 22.
