Description

The W2 MDI EX 1/3D hazardous dust aspirator features a container designed for immersion in inerting oil, allowing hazardous dusts such as aluminum, steel and zirconium to be safely vacuumed. The oil, not included with the vacuum cleaner, neutralizes dust on contact. To ensure optimal filtration efficiency and safety, the AISI 304 stainless steel container is equipped with an M-class antistatic pocket filter, a polypropylene filter, and a three-layer fiber filter. The ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner offers safety guaranteed by a third-party agency. This certification ensures protection both in the indoor zone, where combustible dust can accumulate in high concentrations, and in the outdoor zone, making it ideal for environments with a high risk of explosion. In addition, the inerting bath system can also be supplied as a stand-alone separator, compatible with any Dupuy vacuum cleaner, offering greater flexibility in use. Complies with EN IEC 62784:2018 for zone 22.
