The Metal Dust Immersion range , designed to safely vacuum explosive and conductive dust, includes models available in both ATEX-certified versions for operating in hazardous areas and ACD-certified versions for vacuuming conductive dust in unclassified areas. Equipped with a container prepared for bathing with inerting oil, these vacuum cleaners ensure the safe suction of explosive and conductive dusts such asaluminum,steel and zirconium. Inerting oil, which is not supplied with the vacuum cleaner, allows dust to be instantly neutralized as soon as it is immersed in the liquid. To ensure the highest level of filtration efficiency and safety during work, the container, constructed completely of stainless steel, is equipped with a pocket filter Cat M antistatic, a polypropylene filter and a fiber filter with 3 layers of filtration, to ensure maximum safety during work. The inerting bath canister is also available as an independent separator to be combined with any Du-Puy vacuum cleaner.
