The ATEX dust extractor W3 infini Z22 is the ideal solution for cleaning and vacuuming dust and debris in industrial working environments classified Atex zone 22 Dust (3D), where a reliable, efficient and space-saving vacuum cleaner is needed. It is available in 2.2kW and 4kW versions. Complies with EN IEC 62784:2018 for zone 22. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cast-aluminum suction unit of the side-channel blower type, in which the impeller is attached directly to the motor shaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely reduces component wear and the consequent need for maintenance. These features, together with its quiet operation, make the motor particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and enable it to develop a very high vacuum, higher than transmission systems of similar power. The turbine is equipped with a vacuum limiting valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to occluded pipe it lets ambient air into the turbine to cool it. All electrical parts comply with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and are suitable for Group II – Category 3D (Zone 22)
