The W2 AIR model is the most multipurpose industrial air vacuum cleaner in the range. Equipped with a powerful, maintenance-free Venturi unit, it is suitable for use in places where compressed air is preferable to electricity, or as part of a budget strategy to save on the cost of electricity when energy needs are very high. This wheeled vacuum cleaner is suitable for Wet and Dry work, i.e., vacuuming up liquids, solids and dust even simultaneously. The suction is developed by two venturi-type compressed air suction units which require an external compressor, not included. The two suction units are protected inside a solid steel head, containing sound-absorbing material that reduces noise to a minimum during service. The outlet air exhaust is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel located on the head includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator, useful for detecting any saturation of the filter. Two handles on the head allow it to be easily lifted for possible inspection or replacement of the underlying filter. Inside the filter chamber there is a polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and a High filtration efficiency (3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing saturation and the consequent reduction in suction performance.
