The FX-LT700 permanent lifting magnet truss is a beam-mounted system for handling ferrous loads up to 700 kg. It combines two adjustable FX-V magnetic lifters mounted on a robust beam with chains to enable controlled lifting and positioning of plates and parts in storage, transport and machine loading/unloading operations.

Applications
The FX-LT700 is suitable for rolling mills, laser, oxyfuel and plasma cutting operations and any industrial process that requires safe, repeatable handling of heavy ferrous components. It is intended for use where fixed lifting points or off-axis centres of gravity must be accommodated.

Design and operation
The system comprises two FX-V magnetic lifters with adjustable spacing on a beam supported by chains. Each magnetic lifter is operated by a single lever. Magnets can be removed from the beam in a few steps to allow single-magnet lifting of blanks and small plates. The adjustable spacing permits handling of items with varying sizes and offset centres of gravity.
