The Belt Support Bar (BSB) supports the conveyor belt at the load zone to reduce belt sag between idlers, restore the load zone to a sealed position, limit dust escape and reduce uneven skirting wear. It is a modular, low-maintenance support system designed to fit between existing idlers and simplify installation and service.

Features and benefits

• No equipment modification needed. Fits between existing idlers without modifying existing equipment.
• Modular design. Telescoping tubing provides adjustable length and rotating hinges enable adjustable approach and bar angles to match the load zone setup.
• Easy to install. A pair of BSBs mounts to the conveyor structure with only four bolts; there is no need to lift the belt or move idlers.
• Low maintenance. 1" (25 mm) UHMW wear bars provide long life and require virtually no adjustment.
