Overview
The DRX™ 1500 Impact Beds are engineered impact-absorbing conveyor bed systems designed to deliver maximum protection to the belt in the load zone. The system integrates robust structural components and proprietary energy-reduction features to increase durability and simplify maintenance.

Shim requirements

• For C or D idlers (5 in / 125 mm and 6 in / 150 mm):
  • Impact bed size 24–36 in (600–900 mm): use (1) shim kit; shim idler up 0.5 in (13 mm) [5 in idlers: use (1) shim kit; 6 in idlers: no kits required]
  • Impact bed size 42–72 in (1050–1800 mm): no kits required [5 in idlers]; use (1) SHIM-KITL; shim bed up 0.5 in (13 mm) [6 in idlers]
• For CEMA E idlers (6 in / 150 mm and 7 in / 175 mm):
  • Impact bed size 36–60 in (900–1500 mm): use (3) SHIM-KITL; shim bed up 1.5 in (38 mm) [6 in idlers]; use (4) SHIM-KITL; shim bed up 2 in (50 mm) [7 in idlers]
  • Impact bed size 72 in (1800 mm): use (4) SHIM-KITL; shim bed up 2 in (50 mm) [6 in idlers]; use (5) SHIM-KITL; shim bed up 2.5 in (64 mm) [7 in idlers]
