- Flexco Impact Beds (series EZIB) protect conveyor belts in the load zone by absorbing impact energy and providing a serviceable bed system compatible with Slider Beds.

Shim requirements
- For CEMA C or D idlers (5" / 125 mm and 6" / 150 mm):
- Impact bed sizes 24"–36" (600–900 mm): shim idler up 0.5" (12.5 mm) for 5" idlers; no kits required for 6" idlers
- Impact bed sizes 42"–72" (1050–1800 mm): no kits required for 5" idlers; for 6" idlers use (1) SHIM-KITL to shim up 0.5" (12.5 mm)
- For CEMA E idlers (6" / 150 mm and 7" / 175 mm):
- Impact bed sizes 36"–60" (900–1500 mm): use (3) SHIM-KITL to shim up 1.5" (37.5 mm) for 6" idlers; use (4) SHIM-KITL to shim up 2" (50 mm) for 7" idlers
- Impact bed size 72" (1800 mm): use (4) SHIM-KITL to shim up 2" (50 mm) for 6" idlers; use (5) SHIM-KITL to shim up 2.5" (62.5 mm) for 7" idlers
Installation
- Adjustable idler sets are available and designed for placement between multiple beds to ensure proper belt support and alignment
