The DRX™ 750 Impact Beds are heavy-duty conveyor impact beds engineered to deliver maximum belt protection in the load zone. The system integrates Velocity Reduction Technology™ and robust components to absorb impact energy while simplifying maintenance.

Shim Requirements (summary of tables)

• For CEMA C or D idlers (5" / 125 mm and 6" / 150 mm):
  • 24"–36" (600–900 mm): 5" idlers — use (1) shim kit and shim idler up 0.5" (13 mm); 6" idlers — no kits required
  • 42"–72" (1050–1800 mm): 5" idlers — no kits required; 6" idlers — use (1) SHIM-KITL and shim bed up 0.5" (13 mm)
• For CEMA E idlers (6" / 150 mm and 7" / 175 mm):
  • 36"–60" (900–1500 mm): 6" idlers — use (3) SHIM-KITL and shim bed up 1.5" (38 mm); 7" idlers — use (4) SHIM-KITL and shim bed up 2" (50 mm)
  • 72" (1800 mm): 6" idlers — use (4) SHIM-KITL and shim bed up 2" (50 mm); 7" idlers — use (5) SHIM-KITL and shim bed up 2.5" (64 mm)
