The instrument can simultaneously measure the three-phase winding DC resistances of a transformer. For on-load tap-changing transformers, there is no need for discharging, and the tapping can be adjusted directly using the instrument. The measurement time is reduced to one-third of the time required by traditional single-phase methods, greatly shortening the overall testing time. The entire instrument is controlled by a microcontroller (SCM), which automatically performs functions such as self-checking, data processing, and display. Additionally, the instrument features automatic discharging and an audible discharge alarm. With advantages such as stable test data, high accuracy, fast operation, and excellent repeatability, this instrument is the ideal choice for on-site measurement of transformer DC resistance.
Performance Features
1.Fixed current output (20mA-40A across 9 ranges) and automatic current output (0.1-40A), where the optimal current is automatically selected based on the resistance of the test product.
2.Wide measurement range (0Ω - 20KΩ), capable of measuring the inductive DC resistance of transformers, mutual inductors, and other devices.
3.Multiple measurement functions:
Single-channel measurement
YN three-phase simultaneous measurement
YN three-phase compensation simultaneous measurement (including O-phase resistance)
Automatic YND11 transformer magnetic measurement
YN three-phase selection measurement
D/Y three-phase selection measurement
Additionally, the instrument can automatically calculate the three-phase resistance balance rate.
