In power transformers used in the production of semi-finished and finished products, before a new transformer is put into operation, and according to the national ministry’s preventive testing procedures, the transformer’s turn ratio (or voltage ratio) test must be conducted. This test checks the correctness of the transformer’s turn ratio, the condition of the tap changer, whether there is a turn-to-turn short circuit, and whether the transformer is capable of operating in parallel.
The HZBB-10B transformer turns ratio meter intelligent transformer ratio group test, using a new algorithm developed by our company, can measure the three-phase transformer ratio without requiring adjustment of the three-phase power supply balance, ensuring accurate measurements. As a result, the test is fast and can measure the ratio and wiring configuration in approximately 3 seconds.
