The Huazheng HZ-600A is a sweep frequency response analyzer designed for detecting winding deformations in transformers of 6kV and above, in compliance with DL/T911-2016 and IEC60076-18 standards. Transformer windings may suffer deformation such as distortion, swelling, or displacement due to short-circuit forces or transportation impact. The HZ-600A identifies these conditions by analyzing amplitude-frequency response curves, eliminating the need for disassembly. With digital frequency synthesis, fast measurement capability, and high frequency stability, the instrument delivers accurate and reliable diagnostic results in as little as two minutes per winding.
It allows up to nine curves to be displayed simultaneously, with automatic parameter calculation and diagnostic suggestions to aid engineers in decision-making.
