This instrument is suitable for on-site inspection of zinc oxide arresters at all voltage levels, as well as for factory testing and acceptance testing in the event of a power failure. By measuring parameters such as total current, resistive current, and others, it is possible to detect dangerous defects, such as internal insulation issues and valve aging in the zinc oxide arrester.
