Overview
The iXRS 600 is a high-capacity primary sizer engineered for crushing tunnel spoil and industrial minerals. It combines wear-resistant pick technology with adjustable breaker bars to control product sizing while allowing undersize material to pass, reducing fines generation and improving downstream handling.

Wear-resistant pick technology
Pick designs are derived from shearers and continuous miners and are optimised for hard, abrasive and sticky materials. Replaceable picks and removable breaker bars allow on-site renewal and sizing adjustments to match application requirements.
