Standard polycarbonate safety cover with interlock prevents machine motion when open. Intelligent Crosshead provides automatic positioning, collision warnings and automatic stop at jig limits. Additional safety includes overload detection, contact detection and emergency stop.

Automatic force calibration at startup, specimen protection to eliminate initial load during clamping, Multi-Table for tool/sample staging and optional anti-scattering (safety) cover with interlock. Configurable operation sounds and autodiagnostic functions aid maintenance and uptime monitoring.
