The IAG-CL Series Positioner is a unique mount designed for cylindrical lenses, utilizing a spring-loaded pivot to provide a mounting solution that is neither strictly kinematic nor gimbal in its optical positioning. Its motion most closely resembles a gimbal design by rotating about the optical center, but the key advantage is the placement of the adjustment screws above the beam path. The IAG series features precision 100TPI adjustment screws for excellent resolution and tactile feedback, and includes capstan knob caps with SoftTouch® covers. Like all "I" series mounts from Siskiyou, the IAG-CL Series employs a one-wrench design, allowing users to secure the optic, adjust its position, and lock the mount with a single tool.
