IntroductionThe FSG-II series strain wave gear uses a cross-slider coupling mechanism for the wave generator. Cam shaft bore dimensions are customizable to fit specific motor models. The input shaft engages directly with the wave generator inner bore via a keyed connection. Typical installation fixes the circular spline at the base with the flexspline as the output.
Features- Wave generator with integrated cam structure: improved tolerance to machining precision and self-alignment to maintain required coaxiality.
- Compact design with high torque capacity.
- High rotational and positioning accuracy; backlash typically ≤20 arc sec.
- Coaxial input and output layout.
- Designed for robot arm end-effectors and sealed rotary tables.
