Description

Introduction
The HONPINE FHG series (FHG‑I … FHG‑V variants) strain wave gearbox features an integrated cam structure for the wave generator. The cam‑shaft bore can be adapted to the customer's motor model; the input shaft fits directly into the wave generator inner bore and connects via a flat key. A built‑in high‑rigidity cross‑roller main bearing is provided. Typical connection methods are rigid wheel fixed with flexspline output, or flexspline fixed with rigid wheel output.

Features
  • Integrated cam wave generator simplifies installation and increases mounting options.
  • High rotational and positioning accuracy.
  • High torque capacity across sizes.
  • Elevated torsional rigidity thanks to cross‑roller main bearing.
  • Coaxial input and output for compact drivetrains.
