Application field- The transformer comprehensive testing platform is widely used in substations, power plants, and transformer manufacturing enterprises in the power system. For example, in a substation, it can be used to regularly check the working status of transformers to ensure their normal operation; In transformer manufacturing enterprises, it is used for quality inspection before leaving the factory to ensure the reliability of the product.
practical case- A large power plant has introduced an advanced transformer comprehensive testing platform to improve the operational safety of its transformers. Through comprehensive testing of the equipment, several old transformers were found to have serious insulation aging problems. They were replaced and maintained in a timely manner to avoid potential safety hazards.
safety measures- 1. Before using this instrument, it is necessary to carefully read this manual.
- 2. The operator of the instrument should have general electrical knowledge.
- 3. The transformer comprehensive test bench should be used in places that are not exposed to rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, direct sunlight, etc.
- 4. Instruments should avoid severe vibrations.
- 5. After the test is completed, be sure to wait for the discharge alarm to stop before turning off the power and removing the test line.
- 6. When measuring an unloaded voltage regulating transformer, be sure to wait for the discharge indicator alarm sound to stop before switching gears.
- 7. During the testing process, it is prohibited to move the test clamp and power supply line.
