Advantage
  • Comprehensive functionality: This tester can measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronicity of on load tap changers, providing users with comprehensive switch performance analysis.
  • Easy to operate: The instrument adopts a large screen dot matrix LCD display and a graded Chinese menu, which is intuitive and easy to operate. Users only need to press the function keys according to the prompts to perform measurements.
  • High degree of intelligence: The instrument has intelligent testing and result analysis functions, which can automatically identify faults in the waveform and mark them, making it convenient for users to further analyze and compare the waveform.
  • Strong anti-interference ability: The all aluminum alloy chassis and instrument are equipped with power noise filters and anti-interference circuits, which can reliably measure in sites with poor power quality and strong electromagnetic field interference.
  • Data storage and printing function: The instrument is equipped with an uninterruptible power storage device, which can store multiple sets of waveforms and data, and archive, retrieve, and analyze them at any time. At the same time, the instrument is equipped with a printer that can directly print test results.

Main application scenarios:
  • 1. Factory acceptance: In the transformer manufacturing process, the assembled on load tap changer is subjected to factory testing to ensure that its mechanical characteristics and electrical performance meet the design standards.
  • 2. Installation and commissioning: Before putting the new transformer into operation, conduct on-site testing to verify whether the tap changer is intact after transportation and installation, and whether the action logic is correct.
  • 3. Preventive testing: As a core project of regular maintenance of power equipment, it timely detects latent faults such as switch contact wear, mechanism jamming, and timing abnormalities through testing.
  • 4. Fault diagnosis and maintenance: When the tap changer refuses to operate, malfunctions or the transformer chromatographic analysis is abnormal, the instrument can quickly locate the fault point, guide maintenance, and shorten the power outage time.
