Product overviewDIN 766 chain (short-link welded chain) is the dimensional standard reference for short link chains. Nominal chain size denotes the diameter of the link material. Available in multiple steel grades and surface finishes for corrosion resistance and general industrial use. Intended for anchor chains, fences, barriers and anti-theft applications; not suitable for overhead or overload lifting.
Introduction- Material options: AISI 316 stainless steel, carbon steels (Q235, Q195), high carbon steel, manganese steel, CM490, super carbon steel
- Surface treatments: primary color, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening, plastic spraying, dipping paint
- Packing options: sacks, wrapped reels, plastic drums, iron drums, wooden boxes, cartons
- Chain type: welded short-link chain
- Important: not for overhead or overload lifting
Usage- Anchor chains
- Fences and barriers
- Anti-theft and security installations
- General non-lifting industrial applications
