The homogeniser is working as a particles size reducer for particles in suspension in a liquid and to calibrate their size at a defined value.
A modular system that guarantees homogenous mixing. The particle reducer allows particles suspended in a fluid to be reduced and calibrated to a predefined size.
DIVERSE APPLICATIONS:
Gelatin, Pectins, Agglutinates, Starch, Sugars, Salts, Flours, Milk Powder, Albumin, Casein, Stabilizers, Cocoa, Aromas, Emulsifiers, Chalk, Silicic Acid, Vitamins, Alginate, Titanium Oxide

YTRONising of fruit juices with YTRON-Z. With the new technology, the sensory values of the juices are improved, the sedimentation in the final juice is reduced by the particle size reduction effected, and a floating of particles is avoided.
The use of YTRON-Z for YTRONising of fruit products means an effective homogenising with a minumum input of Energy, and without adding a metallic taste.
Conventional process using a high pressure homogeniser means significant capital investment, a high power consumption as well as significant expenses for maintenance and wear parts. All these disadvantages are eliminated when using the YTRON-Z.

HP202 - HP203
The OMVE HP range inline high pressure homogenisers are designed to perform in line (for example with the OMVE HT220 UHT system) as well as stand-alone.
The double-piston homogeniser comes standard on a mobile frame and with a stainless steel hopper for stand-alone use. The change-over from an inline system to a stand-alone system is completed within minutes. The HP202 is standard equipped with a connection set for up-stream and down-stream homogenisation.

The Greerco Homogenizer series offers a full range of tank-mounted, high shear mixers for laboratory to production scale. The design exceeds the high quality standards necessary to achieve optimal process results and withstand the rigors of difficult processes that require high shear mixing
High-speed turbine running in close proximity to a fixed stator creates intense hydraulic and shear forces where product is broken down into its primary particle size or dispersed throughout the carrier phase
Tightly held tolerances on machined components allow for consistent and predictable performance
The robust stator design handles severe duty better than competitive designs that utilize screen technology
The axial in axial out flow path results in higher throughputs with lower horsepower requirements
Due to the nature of most high shear applications, we offer an extensive rental pool for confirming the impact of Greerco High Shear technology on your process

Stuart SHM homogenizers
Two models:
SHM1 handheld homogeniser
SHM2 Laboratory homogeniser
Both Stuart homogenisers are powerful, variable speed laboratory homogenisers.
The high-speed, high-torque motor make the units ideal for most homogenising applications. During operation the rotor shaft, which is directly coupled to the motor, spins at up to 35,000rpm (SHM1, 28,000rpm SHM2). The tube assembly that fits around the shaft remains static and as the rotor shaft spins, within the tube assembly, it creates a pumping action drawing the sample into the open end of the tube, or probe, and forcing it through the windows at the bottom of the tube assembly. This shearing action reduces the particle size of the sample. In addition the speed differential between the rapidly moving rotor, and the static tube assembly creates cavitational force, further dismantling the sample to additionally reduce particle size.
Both units can accommodate a selection of stainless steel probes for larger and tougher samples and also our polycarbonate disposable probes. Disposable probes are suitable for hard tissues and ideal where cross contamination is of concern. If necessary disposable probes can be easily dismantled and autoclaved up to seven times.
All Stuart® homogenisers are supplied with a tool kit for dismantling the rotor probes for easy cleaning.

The Ross Turboemulsifier consists of a counter-rotating turbine and a high speed rotor/stator. The rotor stator head is positioned in the bottom center of the mix vessel to enable its use with very small volumes of material. During the mixing operation the outer turbine rotates clockwise and moves materials off the vessel wall and upwards. The inner blades rotate counter clockwise and move material downward and into the high speed homogenizing head. The Turboemulsifier is manufactured in many sizes from 10 through 4000 Liters capacity. Each machine is built for pressure and full vacuum operation, entirely in polished stainless steel surfaces. The Turboemulsifier is used extensively in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries for the mixing of viscous materials. This processor is ideal for homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersion and particle size reduction. Typical applications include, antacids, biopolymers, collagen solutions, dental composites, gelatin compounds, gels, and transdermal patches.

Vacuum Homogenizers
The manufacture of gels, creams, ointments and other products of complex rheology requiring the implementation of dispersions, dissolutions, homogenizations, emulsions, de-aerations and, where appropriate, thermal exchanges, requires special attention. Searching for solutions which combine productivity and quality, industrialists will find in the VMI-Rayneri vacuum mixer range a group of efficient machines covering the operations of formulation in the laboratory as well as large scale production operations.
Cleaning, sterilization, but also control and automation are functions integrated into the design of these production units.
TRILAB authorizes mixtures in the laboratory under conditions of production, particularly in a controlled atmosphere, and thus brings pilot type results directly extrapolated to higher scales.
For production volumes comprised between 3 and 20000 litres, the TRIMIX line (with fixed or adjustable head) combines within a single bowl emulsion and dispersion operations thanks to the rotor/stator installed in bowl base, and agitation operations thanks to two contra-rotating pendular tools ensuring an ideal homogenization across the volume and promote, where appropriate, thermal transfer.
MISCEO is the latest in the range of vacuum homogenizers from VMI. It is the result of our large experience in the field of mixing and the expectations of many users in terms of simplicity of configuration . This homogenizer ensures an optimal mixing quality thanks to its efficient and independent mixing tools.
