OverviewSecuring brine quality to ensure consistent product characteristics in salt-curing processes. This brine conditioning solution is designed to maintain target temperature, salt concentration and pH in industrial brine baths.
How it worksBrine is circulated by a self-priming pump through a filtration and cooling loop to a salt-dissolving vessel. The salt-dissolving vessel is fitted with an overflow tube that returns regulated brine to the pump, which then feeds the brine back into the brine bath, maintaining controlled concentration and temperature.
Supplied systems- Brine cooling
Precision refrigeration/cooling for a constant target temperature - Salt dissolving vessels
Controlled dissolution and dosing of salt to maintain salinity - Circulation system
Even distribution of brine to prevent stratification and settling - Filtration system
Removal of solids and contaminants to protect product quality - pH measurement
Continuous pH monitoring and control for process stability
Technical specifications- Components: brine filter, cooling unit, self-priming pump, salt-dissolving vessel with overflow tube
- Function: maintain brine quality parameters (temperature, salt concentration, pH)
- Salt-dissolving vessel with overflow enables controlled return flow to pump and brine bath
- Circulation system ensures homogeneous salt distribution and reduces settling
- Filtration removes particulates and suspended solids from brine
- pH measurement for continuous monitoring and control of acidity/alkalinity
- Systems configurable to application requirements and process parameters
