Cheese brining system

Overview The brine bath is a deep brine tank designed for industrial cheese processing, enabling larger batches to be brined simultaneously while minimising floor footprint. Available in 316 stainless steel or durable plastic, units can be built as underground wells or above-ground installations. Optional brine conditioning and cooling systems are available to support process control.

Operation Cheeses are placed in brine cages that ensure full submersion in the brine bath. Loading and unloading of cages can be carried out manually or using an electric hoist to streamline handling and reduce labour. The system is compatible with continuous or batch brining workflows.
