Description
Description The residual-current device (RCD) protects personnel against direct contact by detecting earth leakage currents and disconnecting the circuit. The French standard NFC 15-100 defines the required number and types of RCDs for residential, commercial and industrial installations. RCDs are available from 16 A to 100 A, in 30 mA and 300 mA sensitivities and in four types (AC, A, F and B). REF. 03452 is specified for 240 Vac systems and 1P+N installations.
