To automatically produce a wide range of ready meals based on long dry pasta (linguine, tagliatelle, spaghetti), short dry pasta (penne, fusilli, rigatoni, orecchiette), fresh pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, cappelletti, tortelloni) and extruded pasta (penne, fusilli, rigatoni).
The product is cooked already divided in portions, ensuring uniform weight and cooking time. Each portion is discharged into a container that is completed with sauce and finally sealed before freezing.
