Overview
Spraymec 5100 is a mobile concrete sprayer engineered for medium to large tunnel profiles. The closed-loop accelerator dosing synchronizes admixture delivery with concrete output. A low-pulsation NSP 30 double-piston pump (up to 30 m3/h) with reversing function and independent hydraulic control ensures consistent concrete flow. The highly maneuverable spray manipulator delivers wide coverage and rebound protection. An onboard high-volume compressor and large-diameter steel piping minimise blockages. IP65-rated controls, CAN bus diagnostics, and optional automated cleaning and lubrication systems support uptime. Four-wheel steering and four-wheel drive allow operation in confined underground environments.
